TIONG CHING HEA

Philip Tiong has started his career in Sales and Marketing at junior position immediately after his national service. He has went through extensive training in this field and worked his way to management level. He has lived in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Vietnam and Taiwan. He has to deal with his own tenancy during his 8 years' of expatriate life. Over the years, he has been involved with some property purchases locally and overseas, as well as going through the enbloc exercise as chairman of MCST417.
