I deal mostly in Central Business District properties and choice properties in and around the Core Central Region of Singapore. That's known as District 1-8 to most property agents, investors and post men still using the old postal districts.

I am especially passionate and excited about properties with history, character and charm. When describing properties this way, the following areas like Chinatown, Tiong Bahru pre-war flats, Boat Quay, Tanjong Pagar, Blair Plain and Bugis come to my mind.

Not so coincidentally, it's also where I stay, grew up and where my clients own and possess properties and have a stake in the country.

Besides the town area, I too love properties facing and around water bodies and greenery, as being near the sea, rivers, lakes and nature never fails to give me a sense of peace and tranquility.
